For assistance or further information, please contact Garry | Entertainment | The Wicklow Hotel will be providing entertainment throughout the weekend. The Armidale Cup is also being held on Monday the 16th and we recommend staying on to enjoy the whole weekend.

Armidale Rugby Club 27th Annual Knockout - Procedures | Before the weekend - Ensure that you have paid your nomination fee of $250 by February 26th, 2010 to secure registration.
- Submit a team sheet with a maximum of 25 players for the weekend.
- Ensure that all your players are registered rugby players with your club, including their ARU registration number.
- Contact either Jason Wall or Garry Osborne on Friday the 12th of March to check the draft draw so you have some idea of your first game on Saturday morning.
- Promote our major sponsor of the carnival - the Wicklow Hotel. They been long time sponsors and enjoy your business - please support our sponsors.

Note - The weekend of the 15th and 16th of March is the weekend of the ‘The Armidale Cup’ Racing Carnival. Why not extend your stay in the University town of four seasons.
